The service is very professional. My second time using the service and both technicians were very polite, on time and knowledgable about their job.

The carpet looks great and the pet stain appears to be gone. I wasn't home when the technician did the carpets but my husband said the technician was very nice and helpful. He left foam squares for us to put the furniture up on until the carpet was totally dry. However, the person we talked to when we called in to confirm the appointment told us we could put furniture on the carpet immediately after it was cleaned. That was not what the technician told us. Might want to make sure your office staff have the corrected informtion.

My stairs were almost black from student's shoes and now they look brand new. We never thought they ncould come clean. There are 2 spots that are a little light in the main carpet I would like to have someone look at. we would highly recommend your service, however.

I was very pleased with the whole process .... from the initial call I made to schedule my appointment to the gentleman who cleaned my carpets. It was very efficient, he was very pleasant, did a great job and it didn't take very long.

The technician looked over ALL of the carpet first. He listened to me when I told him where my carpet had stains and needed to be pretreated. He was easy to communicate with and was pleasant. He did a thorough job. My house smelled fresh afterwards. The carpet was clean and fuller/more fluffy. It didn't take a long time to dry. I would recommend zerorez and will have them come back. The procedure that is used is by far the best I have ever used. Rust stains that no other service could get up came right out with Zerorez. Dries in no time. Technicians are knowledgable and work out services to match your budget.

Natural products and very quick.

Just a quick trick and I have not tried it yet. My Daughter said she cleans up makeup with a cotton pad and Makeup remover. I am quessing you have to get right on it.
That was one of my problems, that did not come completly out.

I like the idea of nothing left in the carpet to attract dirt...the problem I have always found with other carpet cleaners.
