I really appreciated that the crew did not try to charge me for little things that I did not want or need. I gave them the amount I could spend and they kept it to that. The carpets look and smell completely different and I cannot be more thrilled with the results. I am no longer embarassed of the way my home looks.

PRODUCT DOES QUITW WELL AN SERVICE WAS GREAT

This was the first time our carpets have ever been cleaned. We are so very happy with the results. The carpets look great and I know there is no soap residue left in the carpets to attract dirt. Your technician explained everything to me and got my carpets cleaned in a very timely manner.

The service technician explained what he was going to do and was honest in his assessment of how well some of the stains might or might not respond to treatment. I also liked the fact that he left product for me to use on my carpet between visits. He arrived at the time that was specified and was courteous and competent.

Answered all my questions. Told me how to maintain my flooring. I felt the products used to clean my floor was safe for my pets.

they so nice and i love the feel on my bare feet, wow it was wonderful and my room smelled so good. they were quick and well i am so satisfied that i have already told my family and some of our friends. i will see you next year as we have our carpets cleaned every year.

The carpet is not left so soggy. Cleaning person showed up on time. I do find you quite a bit more expensive than comparable cleaning services that I've used recently. In fact, your bill for the same area was $80.00 more than what I paid last year.
