My carpet was cleaned good by your carpet cleaner guy, but this comment is a recommendation that your company needs to require. I have a wood floor from my front door, going through my dining room, to get to the carpet. Nothing was laid down to protect my wood floor so it was a mess when my carpet cleaner guy left. I take it that your company does not require your carpet cleaner guys to do this, so this is a reflection on your company rather than my carpet guy,
