Fast prompt response, service was completed quickly, no presure to do extra things that I didn't want. The price was the price, there were no hidden add on's. And the job looked great after completion. Very satisfied.
We've lived in our house for about ten years, and I've tried several different carpet cleaners. In the past, grey spots/stains would return to our carpet a few weeks after it was cleaned. That was not the case with Zerorez. I have used Zeroez two summers in a row, and no spots have reappeared. The carpet is left looking (and smelling) great!
