We had both our vents and carpet cleaned. We had never used Zerorez before but were referred by a friend. The process was explained to us before the cleaning started and all of our questions answered. Morino was very knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills. Our house feels so much cleaner now, and we can definitely tell that the amount of dust is substantially less. When the sun is shining through our front window, we no longer see all of the dust particles floating around like we did. I scheduled to have my kitchen and bathroom tile and grout cleaned. My service technician was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. He took time to explain the process and asked me to inspect the areas he had cleaned. He also spot cleaned 3 small areas on my carpet. I only use Zerorez for carpet, duct, and tile/grout cleaning. I definitely rrecommend Zerorez.

Alex was so easy to work with. Arrived on time, went over the carpet cleaning procedure. He was so patient answering all our questions. He got right to work and was very thorough.
Before leaving he gave us specific instructions on drying time, when we could move back our furniture, explained how to treat the stain resistant treatment that had been applied.
Would definitely use Zerorez for carpet cleaning.
