Our carpets look amazing! Our technician was helpful, kind, and very informative. The power on our side of town had gone out when our tech was due to arrive so we were planning on re-scheduling. Our power came back on and be turned around so we could keep our appointment.

They were very punctual and took the time to protect wall corners. The tech was very friendly and did a good job. I'm also impressed with the spot cleaner they left with me. I used it and it really took care of a spot that I had in a carpet I didn't have them clean. Zerorez really does a good job cleaning the carpet and I like the idea that they aren't using soap to clean. I definitely will have them clean my carpet again and I have already encouraged my neighbors to call.

Brent came on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning the air ducts in our home. He was very particular in the way he did the cleaning. My husband said Brent was as particular as he was when it comes to doing a good job! We will definitely recommend your services to our friends and will ourselves use your services again.
