Technicians were thorough, did good work, and took time to explain process and answer questions.
I found Zerorez to be the best carpet cleaning company around. Did not leave any residue and left my house smelling fresh for days. Almost dried my carpet within a couple hrs of cleaning. There was a couple spots that I was a little unsatisfied Zerorez contacted me and came to take care of those spots. Staff was completely friendly.
