Even tho my carpet is 10 years old it looks nearly new again. I also like that there won't be sticky soap residue in the carpet to attract dirt.

1) That there are no chemicals added. 2) The details of what will take place the day of the cleaning is very clear and concise. 3) The actual prep time and cleaning time does not take a long period of time. 4) The professionalism & customer service of Josh was EXTREMELY OUTSTANDING!!! Everyone with whom we Interacted, from the initial contact person to the pick up and delivery people treated with kindness and respect. There was a professionalism and competency present that seemed narural and ingrained

We were thrilled with the results of the cleaning process. One of the rugs was ery old and quite soiled.n The other was an Aubusson rug which was an expensive purchase for us. Bot rugs looked amazing when returned.

We will definitely use ZEROREZ again and I have already recommended this firm to others

First of all, the guy did a wonderful job, but more importantly, he was professional and personable. Even a novice who is personable with the professional presentation are good to have in our home. We've used many carpet cleaners over the years, but those who don't have anything but selling me more...MONEY, MONEY, MONEY!!!
