No chemicals and deep cleaning
I have used Zerorez 3 different times and this last time was by far the best experience. He did way more than the other 2 guys ever did.
Matt did a good job and was very willing to please making an extra effort in the work he did. I was told it would be damp after 6 hours but would be dry within 12 hours, however after 24 hours the carpet was still damp in places. It wasn't fully dry until 48 hours. I would let people know it takes at least 24 hours and likely up to 48 for complete dry. Overall I was very pleased with zerorez service.
Justin was prompt and professional! He asked if I wanted the fiber protection again. I had not asked for that when I called for the appointment. He did a great job!
