Our service rep called when he was on his way and arrived at the time given. He was polite, neat, and explained the service. He quietly went about cleaning our carpets and finished in a timely fashion. Afterwards, he explained again what he had done and gave quotes on cleaning other areas of our home. The 20-year-old carpets looked almost new when he was finished. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

My Name is Name removed. My professional cleaner was Rick Carper. I had a large Couch and Love Seat that I had bought in 1996. It had never been cleaned. My husband was and I still am a smoker. Rick cleaned most of the Love Seat then showed me a small portion he hadn't cleaned. I was so happy with the difference it made in the color where he had cleaned. It looked as good as the day I bought it so long ago. Rick and your product are miracle workers !!!!!! My husband and I are so AMAZED at the job Rick Carper and your cleaning solution made. We will definitely have Rick back to clean our carpeting, but I am expecting 18 Children and Grandchildren in 10 days. Needless to say they will not be sitting on my Couch or Love seat. I have my priorities.. They can set on the dirty carpet (Just considering what or who is more important Ha Ha) I have a beautiful family!!!! After they've gone I will call to have the carpet cleaned.
