Professional service, polite, thorough, prompt. I like that chemicals and soap are not being used on my carpet. The citrus smell is so fresh. I'm a 5 x repeat customer and wouldn't call anyone else. I have very light cream color carpets and an English bulldog that slobbers and your crew gets the floors looking new every time.

Justin was very friendly and professional with a great sense of humor! We had a couple of laughs at my puppy's first year's mistakes! . I was absolutely amazed at how clean my carpets are! Numerous pet and food stains on an off-white carpet are completely gone, which I thought were going to be impossible to remove. The best part of Zero Rez is the lack of chemical and soapy smells that I've experienced with other companies.i am super sensitive to chemical or perfume smells, but no worries! My carpet smelled fresh and clean but not with headache inducing smells that linger for days.

The fact that you do not use any soap to clean the carpets yet you are able to get them clean and sanitized with extremely hot water. This way I am not left with any soap residue in the carpets.
