My older carpet looked amazing afterward! However, I should have been notified about the extra Bio fee for having had dogs in the house (and pee spots). I wasn't too happy when I thought I had a good deal, but then feeling like I needed to spend the $60 so my house wouldn't smell like urine. Please tell people about that up front!!

The last 5 times I had zerorez do the same areas of my house the representative was here for over 1 hour very thorough and conscientious. This time took around 30 minutes I was at work and a friend came to let them in. He arrived 30 minutes early, not a problem. But now I am going to have to schedule them to come back as there are a couple of spots that did not get cleaned properly.

An inexpensive way to clean your carpets.

We have used Zerorez several times because we like the results--no residue, just soft clean carpeting. We also had the upholstery on a couple of pieces of furniture cleaned and were amazed at the the way they looked following treatment. Caleb did a great job of explaining everything that would be done and the cost of each before he began. He was careful and very personable.
