The first person you sent out did a terrible job... the second one you sent out to fix it did a wonderful job.....you should have seen what he got out of the carpet after it was supposedly already cleaned. Also...the "orange peel treatment" was never done the first time....so it ended smelling worse when he was done. I could smell it immediately when it was done the second time it was cleaned and I have been very satisfied with the results.

Very responsive, informative and friendly. I had a carpet that I thought was beyond cleaning, but took the chance before ripping it up and replacing. In just 45 minutes the carpet was cleaned. You can hardly tell where the difference from the area where it had never seen the light of day compared to the heavy traffic area where my dog lounges in the sun.

I like that you do not use any chemicals in the carpet because I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 child.
I do, however, wish that the service technician would have shown me the areas that he found impacted by my animals prior to putting on the treatment. I think it would have been nice to know the areas to watch should the treatment not have worked.

Our technician was very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. He always wore shoe covers and set up protective guards around doors, etc so the hoses didn't damage any of our wood work.
