The servicing agent was very informative and explained what had to be done in terms I could understand. I have heard horror stories related to the removal of blood stains and that it was possible that the stain could not be 100% removed. The stain was made on Monday and the agent came out on Thursday, so the stain was already dry. My carpet color is beige and the stain was at the bottom of the stairs. I am very happy with the results because I cannot tell that there was a blood stain.

Zerorez fit their services into my schedule. The technicians explained the probable outcome of the carpet cleaning because we had several old stains and candle wax on light blue Berber carpet. We were very happy. Wax came out and only I can tell where the stains were. The technicians were courteous and did the cleaning quickly and thoroughly.

Very friendly, competent customer service by phone and technician who completed the work.

I did notice in the basement, the carpet dried with a pattern of darker lines where the equipment had been. This doesn't seem correct. Similar situation in upstairs living room area. Would like an explanation for this.....
