My family room carpet looks wonderful! Stains and traffic areas are truly clean. I loved that I could have a wool area rug cleaned right in my home (on my kitchen tile). It too is truly clean. Zerorez leaves no residue and no odor. A plus when carpets and upholstery is being cleaned when the heat must be on. Everything was dry in the time described. Rick was great! Professional yet friendly and efficient. I will want him back when things need cleaning again.
The only problem we encountered happened in scheduling. The person scheduling did not inform me to check tags on the furniture I wanted cleaned. Rick however was right on the ball when he looked at the fabrics and I checked the tags to find one couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman could not be cleaned: dry clean only. A disappointment but not a deal breaker. The other couch looked great after being cleaned.
