The workers come to our home when scheduled. We have an older pet who sometimes has 'accidents', so we always get the extra pet cleaning. They do a great job. The carpets look great.

Brian called 1/2 early to ask if it was ok to come early. What a surprise, a business arriving earlier than expected. Of course it was ok, we were ready for Zerorez to clean our carpeting. Brian is a nice person, he explained what and how he would do the work and how long it would take. When finished he provided us with the booties and explained the bill. He will be welcomed back anytime to clean our carpets.
