I like the outcome of the service, along with the professionalism and efficiency of the service representative. It's nice to have a call a few days before to remind me of the upcoming service, and then again about 20-30 minutes before the representative arrives. The representative also asks at the end if the service results meet up to a "10" rating BEFORE they leave.

Caleb provided excellent service. He is a hard worker and continually lets you know what he is doing and why. He explained your other available services and products very well. He had to come back after our carpet had dried and showed a couple of areas that did not appear to be as clean as it did to all of us when he originally cleaned the room. He came back and re-cleaned the entire room and ensured that the carpet matched our expectations. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. We were very pleased with Caleb and your products.
