The process was very effective at cleaning our carpet that hadn't been cleaned for years. Nice orange scent. Our cleaner was very polite and informed. He worked very hard and quickly and left no mess. A very good experience.

I loved the professionalism and care given by the technician Cody. He made sure to tell me all of the details of what he was going to do and how much was going to be charged before he ever started. He worked diligently to get the job done and he did a very good job! After he was done with the work he showed me everything that he had done and received my approval before I paid. I felt like I was very well taken care of.

Your staff is so polite on the phone and in person! We only have one room with carpet, but both times we have had the carpet cleaned by Zerorez it has looked and smelled fantastic!
