I like that zerorez uses a pet friendly product to clean the carpets and furniture. Our service technician was early, which was fine, and he was friendly. Our service technician was honest and upfront when we asked about cleaning our sofa and stairs, as far as pricing and ability to remove stains. The service technician advised us it would take 12-24 hours before the carpets were dry and ready for furniture, and he was spot on. the cleaning service did not leave a "bad smell" and left our carpets looking fresh and clean.

From the phone call I made to schedule the appointment to the reminder call the day before scheduled service to the technician who came out and attended to my carpet cleaning I had the most respect full service a company could give. Great job!

Very friendly, informative, a quick!

Justin called and arrived right at the beginning of the time window set by the Zerorez agent. Justin was very respectful of our home and everything involved in the cleaning process. He listened to and showed true concern for our issues in the carpet. He set and exceeded expectations, and cleaned parts of the carpeted floor and steps that frankly we had come to accept as nasty gremlins that would be with us until replacement. He Smiled - something I really appreciated - and he worked hard, as though this was his own home. The carpet looked new when Justin was done, and he gave me booties for my feet so I could inspect before he wrapped it up, rather than yank all his equipment and hand me a bill before giving me a chance to seek satisfaction (the tactic used by the previous company we used a number of months ago). AND, as part of the initial evaluation of the dirt and problem areas, he quoted me a price up front, and stuck to that price once done; no unexpected surprises.

We will absolutely recommend Zerorez (and Justin if available) to everyone we know. A Job Very Well Done!

The carpet looked refreshed and felt clean, which was important because we have a cat and wanted it cleaned for company coming over and kids playing on the floor. The stains and worn marks in the carpet seemed to disappear and it looks much better in front of the chair and couch. Brian, the carpet cleaner, was friendly, explained the process and was willing to answer any questions. I like the idea that not a lot of chemicals were used and the smell from cleaning was gone by the next day. We would use Zerorez again.
