I have used Zerorez several times now and have always been mostly happy with the results, but I have to say that this time the results were great! Chris (from the Omaha store) was on loan to you here in Des Moines and I was fortunate enough to be assigned to Chris for my carpet cleaning. He was not only on time, efficient and very polite and friendly, but he was able to get things out of my carpet that did not come totally clean the times before. I wish he was located here in Des Moines because I would request him for cleaning in the future.

You will come out and fix issues if stains resurface after drying. Which seems I'm going to have to take advantage of.

Works on pet odors

Chris did an absolutely fabulous job of transforming the carpet in 3 rooms in our lower level that had very rough wear over the past 2 1/2 years into areas that are so nicely cleaned I'll need to repaint the walls so they'll not be "outshined" by the carpet. Also like knowing when the technician will arrive and his knowedge of products & services best suited to the cleaning needed. Chris was very thorough and patient in explaining options. Rate him an 11 on 1-10 scale.

After we had our carpet cleaned which they did a wonderful job, we got a botlel of spot remover and spray. We did not half to use it for a few months. Well when our dog had a accident I got the botles out and sprayed the carpet and oh my gosh the spot was gone and no Oder.
