Brian was awesome! Made 2 trips back within a week to get strong urine odor out of carpet. He put down 1/2 dozen or more treatments to get urine smell out of carpet & it worked! Definitely will use Zerorez again as you guys rock!

Easy to schedule online and phone call followup the day before the appointment. Their serviceman called me 15 minutes before arrival, on time, and it only took an hour. He was a nice young man.
