Zerorez cleaned my area rug and carpet very thoroughly. They were extremely courteous and prompt. I couldn't believe how clean they got my area rug and that they got all of the biological stains off my carpet!

I liked how quickly the work was done. However I didn't understand having to spend additional money on the pet stains. If your company is cleaning the carpets to remove stains wouldn't the stain removing product already be in the solution that your company is using? Not just water?
