Their products are all natural, don't use any major chemicals or soap that gets dislodged in the carpet. They are also quick and efficient, didn't have to spend hours waiting for an assistant which was nice. Had lots of stains on the carpet from dogs and it turned out great! Only a few are left :)

I was very impressed with the technician and how speedy the whole process was. He got a white carpet with a lot of pet stains on it, back to normal! Every detail was considered in protecting my home such as using a special door cover while it was open, corner protectors all the way through the house, and blocks for furniture.
