Technicians do a great job of cleaning carpets. Price is a plus and use of water instead of chemicals. No chemical residue left in the carpet.

Our technician was super. I didn't think our carpet would ever look this good again after house training a new pup so I was really surprised and pleased. All the stains are gone and the carpet dried quickly and feels soft. We are very pleased. The entire house was done in around 90 minutes.

Michael called ahead and told us when he would arrive and he arrived well within the 2 hour window. He was very courteous and professional. We had a little issue concerning billing but he called his manager immediately and all was resolved before he started the carpet cleaning.
