I called in the morning and they were able to get us scheduled for that afternoon. The technician arrived on time and was SO friendly and respectful. I'm terrible with names but I think his name was Byron? He explained the process thoroughly and took his time. After everything was done, he cleaned up after himself and went through the invoice. We live in a duplex with a weird musty/moldy smell. I was hoping the duct cleaning would help get rid of that. It's not gone completely, but I feel better knowing we're breathing cleaner air. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez!

They were able to clean tough stains

We had utilized Zerorez at our long time home in Clive before we moved to this Cooperative over one year ago. We liked that the carpets were very clean, making the entire house more refreshing.
I did not realize that most people in the Cooperative utilized a service. In discussing the difficulties getting in to our unit, it was suggested that the other service must use a portable cleaner, which the Zerorez representative was not nearly as efficient and not nearly as capable of cleaning our carpets well. We appreciated all of the effort it took to get from our underground garage up the stairwell to our unit. Thank you

The individual who cleaned my carpets was very pleasant! Excellent service! He was very detailed in his work and did a walk around to show me where the carpet spots were/removed and ones that he could not remove. Cleaning water solution was spilled on part of my hallway runner but he said it would dry and there would be no stain left. It did eventually dry and there was no stain! He may want to be a little more careful when pulling the hose out and cleaning up! But still overall I would rate him very high! I was very satisfied and he did a great job! 😊
