Friendly timely service! Carpets look and smell treat

Carpet is fluffy and steps, especially, look like new. Carpet is soft to walk on. I also like the extra vacuum step that other companies do not do. Technicians were polite and professional. I had a receipt almost immediately after paying.

Robbie was professional. He was in and out in a flash but still did a very thorough job of explaining the process and after care.

The house smelled clean when I arrived home at the end of the day. I wasnt present for the actual cleaning of my carpets, so I hesitated to give a rating of 10, but by all accounts the representative did a good job. There were however, a few stains in the basement room that did not respond to the cleaning, but overall I'm pleased.
