The service men are considerate about covering the front door to eliminate a draft while the front door is open. The are efficient, they analyze the trouble at first then they bring in the things needed to clean the carpet. They are quick and I hire them often, because they are reliable.

Well, the stain DID come back just as the Zerorez guy said it may, so I was disappointed, but i had asked to go ahead and clean the carpet anyway, which he did.

When I got home from work, I was pleasantly surprised to see a beautifully cleaned living space! The carpet looked as if it was brand new again, and was actually purchased 13 years ago. The quality of Bill’s work was beyond exceptional. The staff at Zerorez is not only extremely customer oriented, but informative and straight forward with prices and the time the techs will arrive. I will always have Zerorez clean my carpets. I am going to schedule an appointment for duct cleaning in a few weeks.

Robbie did a very nice job. We walked through which rooms needed cleaning and we discussed some trouble spots. He told me what he planned to do and when he was done, we did another walk through to show me how the problem spots turned out. Very professional but friendly.
