Our carpets are clean amd not real wet they are on time and do a great job

Loved the experience! Happy with the results, technician explained everything and we still have some smells in our “problem area” but he explained that it might be that way and we have deeper work to do in the trim and such! Sort of expected that. Carpets look and feel great! Highly recommend. Definitely worth the price.

I like the hot water extraction. In my case it got rid of all the soap in my basement stairs. John was excellent! When I have Zeeorez back in the fall I will request John.
