Staff was friendly. When he finished, I loved the fact my house didn’t smell like somebody had spilled a bottle of perfume. The carpet looks very clean and it is soft to walk on (the last time we had it cleaned by another company the carpet felt stiff). I really appreciate the fact it is chemical free!

Austin was friendly, but got right down to business at hand to clean the furnace ducts and also the dryer vent. He explained the steps in the process which was helpful to know. He is very careful to use corner guards where the hoses run so paint/trim does not get marred. It was very good feeling to have clean furnace ducts. At first we did not think we needed to have the dryer vent cleaned because we just got the dryer new in 2017, but after seeing the huge amount of lent in his vacuum after he finished, we are very happy we spent the extra to have the dryer vent cleaned too. Would highly recommend Austin if you are thinking about getting your furnace ducts and /or dryer vent cleaned.
