The technicians came, listened to what we needed/wanted, and were done super fast. They were very efficient. They did a great job and our carpets look fresh and feel clean. Will definitely use again!

Zerorez shows up when they are scheduled to. There's no waiting until the end of the scheduling window, and that allows customers to get on with their day. It's awesome because most companies give you a window, and then show up late or at the very end of the scheduling window.
