I was very happy with their professionalism and awesome job Sam did cleaning my carpets. Sam called in advance to let me know he was on his way, explained the process, answered all my questions, and locked up my house when he was finished. There were no chemical odors present like I have experienced from other carpet cleaning companies. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez!!!
