All stains removed
The technician took great care to be careful on the non-carpeted areas, he explained the process, was friendly, and the carpet looked great after. It is noticeably different how the carpet feels when no soaps are used: no stickiness or tackiness or weird perfume smells. Just clean.
Super thorough and great communication.
