Our carpet was treated for dog accidents first. The cleaning was thorough and professionally completed. Chairs were put on foam blocks. The entire areas cleaned spelled so fresh. The carpet dried quickly the next day.

He was very personable and pleasant. As he was leaving, he said he’d go back downstairs to make sure he’d completed everything. He even vacuumed the dust under the dryer for me. 😊

I love the fact my room wasn't left wet. The guy that did my living room was great. He worked hard on the problem area where my jerk of a weinerdog marks and left it clean and smelling good.. I wouldn't use any other company now and lookin forward to doing my other rooms

I really loved the HVAC cleaning. Seeing all of the gunk cleaned out was an amazing feeling and Austin was great at explaining everything he was going to do. I ended up asking for extra cards to pass out to some folks I know in older homes that have complained about air quality and will be posting a Google review tonight to let folks know how it went. The guys who came out for the carpet cleaning were great too and you could tell they knew what they were doing, but would have been nice to have been able to see the results of the cleaning like I was able to with the HVAC. Overall it was still a 10 star experience though and I'll probably be getting another carpet cleaning on the same house before the recommended time just to get more of the previous homeowners gunk and nastiness up and out! Thanks all!

It is safe for pets

Zerorez is the best. My carpets dry so quickly and are not sticky afterwards. The technicians are always so prompt and considerate. They walked through my house before and after to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely recommend!

The representative (Robbie) was very helpful and diligent at getting the work done. He even helped me move the fridge to clean the carpet. And your products were all natural and good smelling products.

We recently purchased a town home. We requested vent cleaning service. The technician was phenomenal ! He was friendly, courteous and went the extra mile. He was informative, knowledgeable about his duties and his company. He was prompt and had great "follow-through". He was THOROUGH. We had an all-around wonderful experience ! When it came time to pay our bill, the technician drove to our temporary premises to obtain a check for payment. Went the extra mile to please us as customers! A+ service ! Without a doubt !!

I was very impressed with my service associate John. He communicated very well. John was very careful about making sure he didn’t mess up any of my property. John explained the cleaning procedure to me thoroughly and recommended I add the level 1.He also was considerate enough to tell me that the noise may bother my little dogs. Unfortunately before John was finished with my carpet his truck broke down. He told me what happened and said he was waiting for a maintenance person to come. John waited for almost.an hour and finally came back in to tell me that he was not able to get anyone to come so he was going to drive back to DesMoines and switch out the van. John was very frustrated and it sounded like communication at zero Rez is not great. Fortunately I did not have much going on the day he came because by the time he got done it was after 1pm. I hope that zero Rez is able to figure out their communication issues because other then the problem with the van I was very happy with the cleaning and with a John.
