The technician was very professional, was on time and did the job in short order. My carpets didn't feel crunchy after being treated and they looked beautiful! I only had the first floor done before I moved in but will be calling Zerorez to clean the carpets on the stairways and the 2nd floor in a couple of months.

The carpets are really clean. The tech was very nice, explained everything well and did a thorough job. He also paid close attention to details like putting out corner guards to protect the walls from the hose. I was very impressed with the work and how clean my carpets are.
