No chemicals, pre-treatment made from orange peels smells great. Worked really well to lift spots from the carpet. Friendly and knowledgeable technician.

The technician was extremely Professional and thorough! The carpets look great! I would highly recommend ZeroRez and I am planning to have them clean my area rugs cleaned as well. I’ve never tried that service before so stay tuned…

The ease of making an appointment. The products work! We have been customers for several years. We were very happy with the man who cleaned our carpets. He arrived on time and was very courteous, knowledgeable about the products and wanted to leave our carpets in the best condition. I want to have Alex clean our carpets in the future. He is a gem!

Very professional. Answered all my questions. Explained the process. And opened the dirt vacuum bin in the trailer so I good see just how much stuff was in our air ducts.They amount of dog hair was unbelievable.
