We had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets after moving into a new home. Two dogs, a wine spill, and who knows what transpired on them over the fifteen years of the carpet's life. We were impressed with the professionalism, quality of care, and safety measures taken. Thanks!

Could not be more pleased with my first experience with Zerorez.
Johnathon was timely and very thorough with explaining what and how our white microfiber couch would be cleaned. Even with this fabric being cleanable, I was concerned with how and what chemicals would be used if any. HUGE concern of mine.
I actually think this couch is whiter now then when it was delivered to the house.
The second larger chair and ottoman was cleaned and looks new as well.
So appreciate.
Reason for contacting Zerorez - no soaps, no chemicals
Will consider Zerorez, and Johnathon, for other cleaning needs in the house.

They came with masks on as we had requested, were pleasant and efficient and thorough.

I love that it is baby and pet friendly. This is the best my carpet has ever looked. The tech was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I liked it so much my mother and a friend is going to be calling for an appointment for their homes.
