I hired Zero Rez to clean my air ducts. It was an all day job and Mr. Wedel worked straight through to finish it. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient; showed me before and after pictures (yikes, I had no idea how nasty those things get).

Morino was fabulous! He was very professional as he called to let us know he was on his way and made sure he knew what areas to clean. He worked hard and the carpets looked great. He also made sure to let us know what to watch out for (not putting things back until it was completely dry to avoid stains or rusting and about the 30-day guarantee). He really cared that we were happy with our service.

Theo was on time, quick and very efficient! I got my dryer vent in my salon cleaned out now my towels and capes dry faster. He cleaned up the mess like he wasn’t even there. Thank you Theo!

Brandon did a great job......but, due to mechanical issues, he arrived and did not have the Scotch guard protector to complete the job. He said he would call the next day and come out to complete the job... I never heard from him again. He is newer, and I really don't care to get him in trouble, but having several pets, I thought it best to have the protector applied... Am kind of sorry for the lack of follow thru
