I love that no chemicals or soaps are used. The technician was professional and thorough. This is the company I’ll always use. In fact, I have them scheduled to come back and clean two area rugs. We have pets and the natural biological agent makes them fresh and clean.

It’s a bit early since my service was on Saturday but, so far the carpet looks clean and renewed; the house smells incredibly fresh!! I asked to see the water tank after the cleaning 🤮 and I’m so glad we had this done!!

Robbie is a most excellent employee! He called and arrived early. This is a new house for us, he patiently waited as I fought with the door locks and even googled how to open it. Turns out I was using the wrong key. Duh!?!? He explained every step of the process and is definitely very knowledgeable when it comes to Zerorez products.
