Very professional they came ready to make my wishes come true and clean the floor and they did an excellent job. Explain to me what he was going to do and what would it would take to clean the spot and we agreed upon it and he did it and I am very pleased I would recommend them to anyone that needed spots out of their carpeting and results.

We have two dogs and carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years. The two techs that worked our house were on time, wore masks, were very professional, and explained everything including cost before they got started. The carpets look and smell great and, while they told us they probably wouldn't be able to get *every* stain, a couple of the rooms look brand-new. Sam and his partner (whose name I didn't catch) were friendly, thorough, and quick with their work. We had a lot of things cleaned - 2 rooms, stairs, hallway, area rug, sofa, loveseat, recliner - and the price was right where it should be.

My technician, Theoden, was very friendly and courteous. He called when he was on his way, which I appreciated. He also answered all my questions, and since this is the first time I ever had the vents cleaned, I had a lot of questions. He showed me pictures of the vents before and after and it was obvious that he got the vents very clean. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after.

The product worked- even on our 12 year old, never been cleaned carpet! The service was excellent! John and Jacob did an awesome job! They worked hard and efficient! They did 2 sets of stairs, a landing, 2 area rugs and a Living room all under 2 hours, and it looks great! They called 30 min. Before arrival, just like they said they would, they wore masks due to Covid, and were very courteous and friendly! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone!!!

The initial cleaning we had done wasn't totally pleasing - -we felt there were areas that just should have looked better. Yesterday two young men came back and did an amazing job; we still have a couple areas that are still not perfect, but we completely understand why now. (and i must mention our carpet is 16 years old, and we LIVE on it!! ) we have a lake home, so lots of summer company, in and out continually, etc!! These two fellows claimed it was their first day together, but they worked together so well, and were so willing to go above and beyond what i had requested. We will definitely reccomend your company to anyone we run into that starts a conversation involving carpet cleaning!! Thank you again for listening to my complaints and doing something about it!!

I had a really great experience with Morino Ches. He explained all the pricing to me and made sure my order was correct before starting. The price went up a bit due to entering the order in incorrectly, but because of this he did my bedroom for no extra charge. He was very thorough and very pleasant to chat with.
