Michael R did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. There were a couple of stains and worn areas that look so good now. Michael listened to my concerns and was very diligent in addressing them. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I am very happy with the service that was provided to us yesterday by Zerorez. They were here right on time, very professional and friendly. Got right to work, finished exactly when he said he would, and collected the money and he was gone!!! The carpet looks amazing 👌😍. First time I have ever used a professional carpet cleaner, I would recommend Zerorez as my first choice!!!!!

The environmentally-friendly cleaning solution with the citrus scent, the fact that stains do not reappear later after being cleaned, and our cleaning specialist. Noah was great; prompt, courteous and thorough.

Michael called ahead and told us when he would arrive and he arrived well within the 2 hour window. He was very courteous and professional. We had a little issue concerning billing but he called his manager immediately and all was resolved before he started the carpet cleaning. MIchael was very meticulous and the carpet looks great and feels and smells like new again!
