My experience was impeccable. The process from beginning to end was perfect. I reached out for a schedule request and quote and received a response/confirmation within a day. Brandon did a great job on the cleaning side. His customer service was top notch and the conversation was welcomed! He broke down what to expect before he started as well as the dry time and 30-day guarantee. We had quite a few rooms to do and he was in-and-out in less than 2 1/2 hours. Pricing was very reasonable but any upholstery that needs cleaned comes with a steep cost. My husband and I are very OCD and pretty clean, but as dog-owners, we were so impressed by the before and after. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends!
