Michael called ahead and told us when he would arrive and he arrived well within the 2 hour window. He was very courteous and professional. We had a little issue concerning billing but he called his manager immediately and all was resolved before he started the carpet cleaning. MIchael was very meticulous and the carpet looks great and feels and smells like new again!

I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done at my house. Unfortunately I had quite a few pet spots in my carpeting. The tech that came to my house thoroughly explained what he was doing and was able to remove the slight odor I had plus the stains! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Amazing service!! Amazing results. The dramatic difference to my tile floor throughout my entry, kitchen and utility made it look just like it did when new 25 years ago. Hand scrubbing the tile and grout cannot come close to what Zerorez could do in a very short time. The young man was courteous and kept me informed of progress and cleaned additional carpeted rooms that were not planned on prior to the appointment.

This was the second, maybe the third time, Robbie has worked in our home.
