Robby was an on time, courteous technician. He did a great job cleaning the floor tiles and sealing the grout on the main level - and it was needed after 16+ years of no deep-cleaning. The tile floors are now squeaky clean!

The guys that came to clean the carpets were very nice and professional and did a wonderful job. One of them didn’t wear their mask the whole time though. I gave 9 for that bc I would have preferred them to wear their mask the whole time.

The timeliness and personable attitude from the technician was much appreciated. They were thorough, took before and after photos to explain the difference and what was accomplished, and double checked if there was anything else needed before they left. Great service and would highly recommend!

There was such a distinct feeling of service to the customer in the whole process. The young man who did our job called to apologize for being a little late, then when he arrived he went about the job with great care. He was efficient and did very good work!

We appreciate how quickly the carpet dried. With other companies our carpet has been very wet for days after cleaning. Also appreciate that the professional protected our walls/corners and seems respectful of our home!

They did an excellent job on an expensive wool rug. Clean and without residue or odor. Quick turnaround as well and very affordable (I would actually have paid more).
