The cleaning person came earlier than expected, he called to verify if he could come early, a bonus. He did a thorough job, and answered any questions I had. He explained part of the area with more than usual traffic, if it needed to be watched. He finished in a timely manner and was very polite.

We are absolutely thrilled with our clean carpets!! Noah was who came to our home and provided the service and we just want to make sure you all know what a wonderful person he is and how courteous he was and informative. He did an amazing job on a spot on our carpet we did not see until it was cleaned and now everything looks amazing! This is the second time we have had zerorez do our carpets. The first time it was pretty wet for quite a few days and this time it was just the 12-24 hour time frame and we were walking on it and putting furniture back after 24 hours.
