Very thorough! My couch looks and smells great. My two dogs and my cat are on it for most of the day/night, so it really needed a good cleaning. Marino even vacuumed it for me, which I appreciate!

Our service representative did an outstanding job. He was prompt, courteous, explained fully what his plan was, asked for my feedback and was very kind when left to treat a landing at the top of our stairs where our puppy has made it his favorite spot. He did his level best to treat that area while being respectful of my budget. I appreciate that very much.

I would welcome this gentleman back in my home any day, he did an outstanding job, even moved a piece of furniture for me.

Jacob was my technician and he was the best! He explained everything thoroughly and was very informative. I also had a great experience when I called to set up the appointment. Fortunately for me, there was a cancellation so I was able to have the carpets cleaned the same day. Jacob called about 15 minutes before he got to the house and was super efficient with his time. I will definitely use Zerorez again and will recommend your services to my friends and family!
