They are always conscientious coming in an out of the house and the hoses never scrape along furniture or walls. The house always feels so much cleaner after the carpet has been cleaned. The cleaning tech was friendly, efficient, explained everything thoroughly, and did a great job. After more than 24 hrs since the cleaning was performed the carpet is dry and soft. It looks great. The couch he cleaned looks good. He explained that not all of the spots would come out; particularly the ones from oil from where someone had sat regularly. I appreciated the upfront knowledge of that. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and will likely use them again myself.
