That you are willing to make sure it is thoroughly cleaned before you sign off on a job. My carpet stain wicked back up the next day as it dried, and your staff came back and scrubbed it by hand, and then with equipment to really get rid of the stain! And it was at the end of a long day. He was cheerful and willing to make sure we were happy with the job.

Friendly and prompt, they worked to make me happy. When I reported in a review that a couple of difficult stains in my carpet remained after the cleaning, Zerorez sent one of their managers out to spot-treat and reclean those areas at no charge. Although some of the stain remains--as I said, it was a *difficult* stain--I am very pleased with the unprompted extra effort and customer service.
