I like that the carpet feels so fresh and clean, however, I really enjoy the service of your professional and friendly employees. I have always enjoyed the service men you have sent out and John was very pleasant also. I could tell he was looking to provide me the best quality of service and get the job done to the best of his ability. He also accommodated to include my basement when it was not in the original quote when my sister booked my appt.
