He was great and very good with communication! My only frustration was that a large spot in the living room had resurfaced by the time I got home. I didn't notice it in the after pictures. Seemed like it was just wet at first, but that was not the case in the morning.

I can't believe how much dust, dirt, lint, who knows what all, was taken out of my air ducts. I'm embarrassed that I didn't have this done sooner. The technician was super nice. Very polite and explained everything as he was doing it and was very considerate of my home making sure he didn't damage any property or leave any messes when he was finished.

The Airduct cleaning was great and took care of our needs. Austin was professional and very thorough. Zerorez took care of us promptly.

We recently had Zerorez clean the heating and cooling vents throughout our home. The Zerorez rep, Austin, was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and kept us informed of his progress as he went from one room to another. We appreciated seeing the photo of the dust that was removed after a recent remodel, which more than justified the reasonable charge for the work.

The person it came to do my carpet was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and how he was going to do it.
