Augie, was our technician and he was AMAZING!! He was on time, respectful, very clean and careful with our furniture and everything else in our home. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about our upholstery. We had been using a product to clean stains on our couches that Homemakers recommends and sells. Augie informed us that it was ruining our upholstery and leaving copious amounts of sticky residue that was attracting more dirt. I was appalled that Homemakers would sell such an inferior product as part of their expensive furniture protection plan. One spot had such a bad odor and it didn’t come out after the initial cleaning so Augie came back for free and treated it again!! This is my first experience with Zerorez and I am over the moon them! Great service on the phone with very quick and flexible scheduling and of course, Augie and the finished product of my clean, fresh smelling couches!! I’m sold. Zerorez is fantastic, I highly recommend!!

Our service rep was on time and was very informative. Our carpet looks almost new again!

The carpet was soft and fresh. The tech was able to get spray paint and cat vomit out of my carpet.

The service technician was very professional. He explained the process and asked me if I had any questions before he proceeded to clean the carpet. He also offered if I had any problems with cleaning after it dried, to please call and they would come back out and look into fixing the problem.

We always call Zerorez to clean our carpets. They do a fantastic job each time, and are always polite and pleasant to talk to. It is always a great experience, and the carpets look really good.

The technician did a fabulous job and was very careful with furniture and carpets. Paid extra attention to heavy traffic areas and did a great job. Very personable and efficient with his time to get job done right.

I thought J.T. did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets! He was very careful to not "nick" the doors and corners and took caution around our wood floors. He thoroughly explained the cleaning process and what to do after the job was done, floors had dried, etc.
J.T.'s Zerorez truck broke down about shortly after he started the job, so he had to return to the base and get another vehicle, not a big deal for me, but I'm guessing it put the rest of his day's schedule on a delay. Get him a new truck Zerorez!!
I'd also suggest the discussions for addon's be moved up into the scheduling process, instead of at the job site. It would take less time with the actual cleaning technician, yet I understand the psychology of the "upsale" while standing face to face with the customer......
