The tech showed up slightly ahead of schedule after calling to make sure that was convenient. He did a wonderful job and took as much time as I needed to walk the job both before and after to make sure I was happy.

Terry, our service technician, did a GREAT job cleaning our carpet. We'll definitely ask for him when we schedule our next service. Our high traffic areas were very dirty, and now they look like the rest of the carpet. I can't believe he was able to clean those areas and essentially make them look new (btw, our carpet is 13 years old). Without me asking, Terry took the time and initiative to tuck the bed skirt between the mattress and box spring, and steam clean under the bed...now that's best in class customer service. The other thing I appreciated is that he upsold me (stairs and protector), but he wasn't pushy. I'm a sales person, and I understand and appreciate that level of sales finesse.

I like that zero soap is used on my carpet and how very clean you get the carpet. With prior companies, some stains would return weeks after a cleaning. With your company, stains are gone forever and my carpet looks so nice and new.

Collin did a great job with my carpets, and even got me in earlier in the day. He was friendly, asked what areas I was concerned about, and cleaned my carpets quickly but carefully. I also appreciated that he didn't push upgrades, more products, service, etc. that some other companies have in the past.

The lack of soap use which allows the carpet to be clean without any left over residue that is usually left by soaps.

I called Zerorez with a last minute request to get my carpet cleaned after I felt one of the competitors was a little less than forthcoming on the cleaning estimate. Zerorez's dispatcher contacted one of their crews at 11:00 am to see if they could fit me in the same day and they were there by 12:30 pm that afternoon.
