Brandon did an awesome job. My rugs have never been this clean. I called Zerorez because I have had respiratory issues for over a month, bad cough , congestion and stuffy nose. Saw the doctor three times , took many meds with no relief. After the rugs were clean, that same night is the first night I was able to sleep in over a month, with no congestion and no coughing. I have let my family and friends know what a difference it makes, having clean rugs with no soap or chemicals added.

The technician was there right on time and the carpets came out looking great. A couple very large stains were completely removed. One of the technician's tools broke while cleaning our home, and instead of stopping or taking a break, he continued to clean a different area with a different tool until a replacement was brought to him.
I like that no soap is used and carpet in left soaking wet.
The products have NO chemicals so when the carpets are done they are clean and have no smell, as it should be. The service is above genuine customer service. I have been using Zerorez for 4 years and have been happy with every appointment.
Not chemically based and the carpet stays cleaner for a longer period of time versus other carpet cleaning companies.

The carpet looks great and the time it took the installer was great. He instructed me as to the care of the carpet if the cats get sick I really appreciated the info. I will use Zerorez when needed.
