Actually works. The techs Lou and Dan were amazing. They took every chance to provide top notch service and continued to offer info on services that were available. Lou knew the trade very well and as he was training Dan he was thorough and instilled confidence in him through his teaching. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone. The last carpet cleaners moved the dirt around and said our carpets were aging poorly. These guys (Zerorez) removed so much more than we had expected and we feel like our carpets are new again.

The man who cleaned our carpets was polite, explained things clearly and did a great job. We also like that your products are kid and pet safe.

The technician did a great job and the carpet looks great, smells wonderful. BUT, Toby is the real hero since our techs managed to destroy a floor outlet and "forgot" to tell me. I called in and within two days Toby came out fixed everything, without him this probably would have been a 5 rating.

Rich was within th re window of arrival. He was very professional, efficient, and very personable.
