Fast, friendly service with product that smells fresh and isn't harming the environment.

I gave a rating of 10 primarily based on Kenny's performance while at my home. He was professional and personable and explained everything to my satisfaction. He removed a small stain of unknown origin. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. The office called me right at 8:00 am to give Kenny's ETA (much appreciated). I submitted a follow-up question, which was answered efficiently via email.
Other feedback you might be interested in: the online calendar did not work and I was unable to schedule on your website (a drawback). I filled in a request form instead and ended up having to do it by phone while at work (inconvenient). There were unexpected humps in the carpet in one room, which formed after Kenny left. Not being prepared for this possibility caused concern and necessitated a follow up call. The areas seem to be improving, and I will advise if they do not flatten to pre-cleaning level. Regarding the policy not to move heavy items, I would have found it helpful to understand why this is in place (i.e., explain re liability, worker safety, protection of homeowner's goods, etc).

Floor smelled as clean as it looked. The two reps that came showed up on time, within the time period they said when they called, and finished fairly quickly. One of my carpets was an extremely high-traffic area that looks almost new after they scrubbed it! Will definitely use again.

Rickey Brown showed up on time and introduced himself. He then went about cleaning the carpet in a very professional way, doing an excellent job! I plan on using his services again.

My carpets look like new and I can go longer between cleanings because there is no residue on the carpets. When my carpets dry, I can walk on them with out a crunchy feeling.

Tech were great. My carpet looks amazing I've been very happy with the work the Zerorez team has done.

The reservation process (over the phone) was efficient and the person who helped me had answers to all of my questions. The day of our cleaning, the tech called 30mins out telling us what time he would be at our house (which we greatly appreciate ad our family is busy with work and kids), and he arrived right on time. He was very professional, answered our questions, and gave us honest recommendations without trying to be pushy or sell us a service webdid not need. We prefer Zerorez over others because of the cleaning method and customer service.

This last visit, the technician did an outstanding job. The carpets were cleaner than they have ever been and he even got up some spots that I don't theibj they were able to get the last time. I was super impressed and will be using you all again.
