Parker was very professional and did a great job get a couple pet stains out of my brand new carpet. Only complaint that I have is the puddle of antifreeze that his van left on my driveway.

One challenge - I expected the estimate in your on-line price estimate calculator to accurately reflect the likely price. Instead, since our carpets are wool and bigger "areas" than usual, the price was 5 times higher than we anticipated. I suggest that you provide ways for people to have a more accurate view of what the cost will be. As it was, I scaled back to doing only 2 carpets instead of five or six and will shop around more for the rest -- we know a professional natural dye carpet maker who also cleans carpets -- who charges less than half your price.

Clean, organized, friendly, professional.

We had several large makeup stains on white carpet. I showed these to the tech and let him know I had no expectations that they would come out. I had not done anything to treat them other than blot them when they were fresh, but I also knew that several weeks later they would be very set in and unlikely to be removed. The tech noted them, asked me about previous treatments, and said he would use the scrubber on them, but he also gave me little hope that they would come out. We talked about options ranging from replacement to a throw rug to cover the spot. You can probably see where this is going -- the stains came out! I was so impressed! Everything looked good, and two weeks later everything still looks good!

How much cleaner the carpets and upholstery are compared to other companies I have used in the past.

You bid the job and stayed at that bid, you arrived fairly close to when you promised to arrive, the job was done well and the home was secured when you left. All without agent or Seller supervision because of the day and time we needed the work to be done. Thanks very much!
