Our carpets are cleaner than I believed they could get! Josh, our Tech, was really perfect. He arrived right on time, listened to my concerns, protected our wood floors on the way to the carpeting, protected the feet of tables and chairs, and got out a really tough stain. He was very considerate, careful and cheerful. What more could I ask?

Every time we have had our carpets cleaned, the tech has been friendly and explains everything about the quality of Zerorez and the services to be provided.

Your technician was very respectful and quickly addressed the carpet. He was also very informative and professional. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. I think the tech that came over needs a new truck though, the vacuum system was overheating when he first arrived.

I like that your people are very prompt. I especially like the timely manner in which the job is completed. The companies we have had in the past take the better part of a day to do a less effective job. My favorite part is the lack of residue left in the carpet to resoil. We have pets and the idea that there is no residue to get into the hair or fur and onto the skin gives us a great piece of mind. Thanks
