I love how clean you get our carpets and there are no lingering chemical smells. Our technician was awesome, and he worked very hard!

We were very happy with our carpet cleaning.

The technician, Nick, was prompt, courteous and thorough.
However, the young man who was a trainee, was not on top of things, and very clumsy. I would not want him in charge of cleaning anything in my home. (sorry)

Terry was very knowledgeable about cleaning and treatments, and explained issues and options that would help keep my carpets and tile cleaner longer.
I had about 3,000 sq. ft of carpet/tile cleaned, 2 area rugs sent out for cleaning, and some carpet stretching. Only 2 issues noted:
1) After carpet cleaning, a couple steps require stretching as they raised during cleaning.
2) One bathroom tile floor was not cleaned around the edges , but the middle looks good. I can see where the round cleaning machine got the middle clean, but edges look hazy/dirty still.
Since I paid for stretching, and total bill was $3,250.00, I was hoping that these 2 items could be fixed when the area rugs are dropped off after cleaning.
Please let me know if this is possible. Overall, a great job considering the amount of work done.

Friendly staff, no harsh chemicals

It was able to remove dirt stains on stairs. Was quick and not loud. No chemical smell after.

The Zerorez treatment was effective, affordable, and delivered professionally. Nick did an amazing job, and even helped me vacuum before starting when the drywallers left debris behind. He made the experience a 10.
