Really liked the technician--Jamal (sp?) was so polite, enthusiastic, and hardworking! And the results are terrific; as he promised, my 18-year-old carpeting looks like new!
One suggestion: The tarps you use to protect floors should be changed out for every house, if possible--I noticed residue (pet hair, dirt) from that on my area rugs/floors afterward. Sorry; kind of an anal point--but gotta mention it---;O]
